Disk organization

i've about 200GB on HDD now and can't find anything ; files are here and there;is there any good softwares to organize and i wanna make a media library too
i wanna make a media pc with one click usage;i also wanna capture tv program and organize them(I've Phillips 7130card)

is there any way to update and download latest tracks from EK automatically?like RSS feeds?

plz let me knw tools
