Common sense if the people has got scared to donate their blood because of this thing..who will supply the blood for injured security forces?????.the next incident of the bomb blast in Horton Place..Fortunately nobody has got injured. it would have been a massive tragedy unless the conductor and driver was not intelligent. how ever at that moment in SIRSA news they telecast the scenes of the Blast in  a train in Dehiwala..
