Do you have Microsoft Office or Just Excel?

I need Microsoft Excel to open a .xls file and edit it, and save it back.

Does anyone have MS Excel or anything compatible of doing this?

Please, what is the password for this Portable edition of Excel and Word. I have dowloaded and cant extract. Please, I need portable excel. Thanks in advance!
