Do you respect domains?

The domain is the main identity of a site. There are many types of domains priced according to their usage.
But I'm just wondering, do you respect all these types of domains or just the the top level domains(.com .net .org)??

eg.If you want to access a new site named Elakiri, if its domain is Elakiri.ws will you visit it?(I'm not referring to the publicity), will you give priority if it had a .com domain??

org sounds like barfing
net sounds kinky
biz sounds like a really drunk saying booze
info sounds like in for (eg : he's in for the shock of his life in jail)
