It depends on the torrent. For some I have seen speeds of over 65kbps.

What's the seeds to peers ratio ? if its too high, then the download speed is low.

no macho.. i think there is sumthing wrong with dialog, i also have a dialong broadband 1mb/s connection... and recently the speeds of my torrents and limewire has gone down... linewire max speed 10kbps torrent 5kbps... but the internet direct link downloads are maxa fast about 120kbps... don't know whats wrong... have complianed dialog about this sevarel times.

I dont see a problem here though. I have the 1mb package as well and the torrents download speed changes from one torrent to another depending on the seeds and peers for that torrent.
Its quite possible that dialog is doing some traffic shaping. You can check that by using protocol encryption in your torrent client to see if that will increase the speed.

what's the seeds/peer ratio ? and of those how many seeds has your pc connected to ?
Just because there's a lot of seeds doesn't necessarily mean faster download speeds

its not some thing with torrent becouse all torrents are same .im not getting over 2kpbs

well, then how do you explain these speeds ?
