You guys have mistaken, Dialog gives WiMAX still, and they give HSDPA too.
HSDPA is owned by Dialog GSM, while Dialog WiMAX is owned by a Subsidery of Dialog Telekom PLC, which is names as Dialog Broadband Networks (DBN).

In Wimax, Dialog has four packages:
    Homenet
    Homenet+
    Officenet
    officenet+
    :D

    The thing is this-

    Wimax is not 4G!!!!!
(it is abbreviated as 4G, in the real world we have only 3G available yet, a developed version of this 3G is 3.5G).

Wimax is called like that, cuz it is the newest technology after 3G

WiMAX, meaning Worldwide Interoperability for Microwave Access, is a telecommunications technology that provides wireless transmission of data using a variety of transmission modes, from point-to-point links to portable internet access[citation needed]. The technology provides up to 75 Mbit/s symmetric broadband speed without the need for cables. The technology is based on the IEEE 802.16 standard (also called Broadband Wireless Access). The name "WiMAX" was created by the WiMAX Forum, which was formed in June 2001 to promote conformity and interoperability of the standard. The forum describes WiMAX as "a standards-based technology enabling the delivery of last mile wireless broadband access as an alternative to cable and DSL".

WiMAX is a possible replacement candidate for cellular phone technologies such as GSM and CDMA, or can be used as a layover to increase capacity. It has also been considered as a wireless backhaul technology for 2G, 3G, and 4G networks in both developed and poor nations.

Not even 3.75G in sri lanka. 4G on test and only 3.75G available in some areas of the world.
HSPA and Wimax are two different technologies.
