Without the leading of Dialog do u think it will come to current situation or even close? Mobitel now taking about 3.5G & all but they were on Analog even up to 2003. All of them had to go for new technology to compete with Dialog. So no doubt that the current situation is created by the leading of Dialog.Those things some people says about Dialog customer care may b rare personal issues. I don't have any such experience & I know services such as Island wide bill payments, sms customer care, all are unique to Dialog. Also about their customer relations, annualy they increased my credit limit without any additonal deposits only considering my monthly bill and now its 8,500/= but my deposit is just 3,000/= so what more u could expect? Also u should remembre good service is not just low cost. It has more to do with quality. It'll prove from the fact that more than 90% of corporate customers use Dialog. Likewise I can post dozens of reason why Dialog is the best. But still there are dozens of people who hates Dialog simply because critisizing the best is a way of getting attention or they use some other network but they think Dialog is better so they hate Dialog.Airtel problem will slove as soon as they start operations. People think Airtel is like a God and will give u the greatest dream package. They don't realise Airtel not going to do a "Wesak  Dansal" but a business. How ever those people will wake up and stop dreaming soon. I like to post a conversation I heard in the bus today.
