Here the image inside the bottle and at the time we open the box bottle also contained those leak perfumes and we have cleaned it in-order to tough it as well as it dust
This happens when the product is old, but you can clean it and use it, and most of the perfume is still there, You can't win against these guys, you will just waste your time, even consumer rights authority they will just ask you to come here and there, best way is a police complaint if your still unsatisfied they will go and do a inquiry.
I think the box is a bit old. I do not know whether you could win this case. But definity worth trying ! And make sure your voice is heard ! use FB to promote this incident. No one can sell a shit product and wipe their hand off !

I manage to get a new brand new perfume (L'Extase Nina Ricci perfume) from them after having long argument with them, first of all they insist to give me a replacement but i said i have call logs of that discussion with the customer care person who told me that this product was given to me at 9000 by knowing that this product is already damaged , so i then i told that i will go for the police if they not like to give me a solution, so then they ask me to select other perfume,e and i selected L'Extase Nina Ricci perfume one, anyway guys i again said don't buy from them , because at that time i asked form them to show me another one form same brand and believe me that one also damaged and at that time i told i will go for police with these evidence, so they had to give me new one, also at that time there was another once who came to buy a perfume and he also went to the exclusive line after seen this incident at the shop..
