Also it can enable 'registry editor', 'task manager', 'folder options', 'system restore'.
You can use 'open drive' part to open your drive without running Autorun.inf file.
Why Autorun.inf is harmful?
Autorun.inf file can contain information that can run a file WITHOUT USER PERMISSION!
For example if this text saved in a autorun.inf and put it to a drive when you double-click on a drive or right click and press 'Open' , 'Explore' , 'AutoPlay' the autoply.exe file will run without any USER PERMISSION!

So autorun.inf information can change the right-click menu texts!
If in this example 'autoply.exe' is a harmful program it run and may harm your computer.
