well never gv out ur crdt card numb in ek goto http://www.paypal.com and create an account use this to pay for the items u purchase in ebay,

whn u create an ebay acnt ull automatically be askd to open a paypal acnt, its safe

Use a paypal account. You are covered up to $2000. U don't even need a credit card, im using my savings acount.

I think I opened an account using a cr. They give u an option to add more fund sources. Then I linked my savings acc. They deposit a very small amount to your account and ask you to type those amounts for verification. Now I dont use the cr at all. I hav a separate savings account for ebay. when ever i want to buy something i transfer the amount in to my separate acc: and use that. So there's no money in the account after the purchase. even if they find my paypal account details, there's no money in the account.

I dont knw whther u got internet banking to do quick transfers in lk..but for me its easy and most importantly safe!

Yes i am in Sri Lanka. Best Way is Paypal. Its safe. Coz I was folled by a Brazilian last maonth and he didnt send my stuff. I reported him to Paypal, and they are arranging me arefund. Dont ever send Direct cheques to sellers. Use only paypal. you can get more info on how to do it on Paypal Site
