It also featured Mobitel 3.5G and the use of mobile telephony on a 3.5G network, broadband services as well as wireless fidelity (WiFi).Visitors also had the opportunity to have interactive hands on sessions with the digital technology as well as to blog, write, compose poems, upload videos onto You Tube, create digital art, make one's own music or relax while listening to radio channels from around the world.They could also watch IPTV or visit the Mobitel corner for a one of a kind experience, featuring 3.5G HSPA technology - the first in South Asia.EDEX was conceived when The Royal College Union, the alumni of The Royal College Colombo, wanted to create an event that intertwined education and employment into one space.
