There was a thread which the Admin posted to make awareness about this programme. Posting the guidelines would mean prescribing what you should do to be the best among every one, very narrowly. That, I feel, is not a good way of driving members to reach their cream, potential. A member should know what to do to be the best, knowing that is one of the prerequisites of being the member of the month, in my opinion. However, the announcing of this "guideline" remains the Administrator's discretion.</blockquote>
