I have seen in some forums such as katz they use their own members as moderators,

yaa our own members who r well reputed well recognized shud b moderators, our admin shud choose them, cos there r alot of memebers who have been with EK for gud, so i think v shud giv dem a chance

we need more active moderators....

250 post limit will encourage members to post more, 250 post can be made in 2 or 3 days with an effort. ok, at least 150 post will be needed.

by adding a blog link will reduce spamers, that what I ment by that.
