there's really no simple way as far as I know to ask that question.
you can either ask "which president of sri lanka is mahinda rajapaksa ?"
or you can ask it more specifically by asking, there's been 6 presidents in SL and which one is mahinda?

yeah that's about the correct grammar on that
another similar and often used way of saying the same thing would be, "she has had it with that job"
like "I've had it with you" meaning I'm tired of you. (I'm sick of you)
