In respect to the tutorial i made which gives a popping effect, i made an action which gives you the popping efefct with a click.

download ths .ATN file and paste it in the following folder:
C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop CS3\Presets\Actions

then load the action from the action pallete, and load a picture up n just click on play

it cant be attatched to this post. ill upload it in a min. its only 1 kb though
