Ube options walata gihin time zone eka hadapan (+5.30)

If your time is 8.31am, then you have the wrong time zone selected in ElaKiri system. Go to User CP -> Edit Options
Under Date & Time Options change the Time Zone to the correct one.
In your case you in Srilanka right now.
So change it to (GMT+ 5.30) Bombay, Calcutta, New Delhi...
