Only they know how to google. If you are in sri lanka ( again no one cares ) you know most of the engineers (not all of them)are doing just managment tasks. Truth is to do that they dont even need an engineering degree. When they need a charted engineer they hire someone as a consulatant for a limited time. I know this strategy is not applicable for every field but most of the times this is how it works here. Now this is so out of initial topic.
