In order to retain them in government sector, an additional allowance called professional allowance of 15,000.00 was introduced. Therefore, now a fresh graduate will receive around 65,000.00 in government sector with the latest allowances of 10,000.00 from the budget. Normally a newly appointed doctor also receives something around this. But with new DAT allowances, it will go upto around 80,000.00 for them.<img src="/styles/default/xenforo/smilies/default/yes.gif"  class="smilie" loading="lazy" alt=":yes:" title="Yes    :yes:" data-shortname=":yes:" />Most of the private companies pay more than 50,000.00 as basic salary and add allowances to make it more.
