To-Do ටික ඔක්කොම හදලා දෙනවා මාස 14ක් ඕන, (සිස්ටම් එක 50% Payment කරලා දවස් 60 කින් System එක Up and running) - මාස 2යි බන් තියෙන්නෙ. 20% Advanced. 75% දෙනව සිස්ටම් එක දාන දාට. ඉතුරුටික මාසෙකට පස්සෙ.

මාස 12 ක් නවතින්න තැනක් දෙන ඕන 2 නෙකුට, කැම බීම, ලොන්ඩ්‍රි, ට්‍රන්ස්පොර්ට් ඇතුලුව.

ප්‍රොජෙක්ට් එක ඉවර වෙනකල් පාවිච්චි කරන්න (ලොකේශන් විසිට් කරන්න ) වාහනයක් ඕන, (ඇල්ටො එකක් හොදටම ඇති)

it's better to go for already built small size ERP rather building new one. Already built ones are fine tuned and less errors. Building a new one from the scratch is a headache. Cost wise already build one is lower than building a new one. Choice is yours

මාස 2න් මේ වගේ එකක් කරන්න බෑ. existing system එකක් මේ client ගෙ specific requirements වලට හරියන්න customize කරල දුන්නත් හරියට QA / Testing ටික කරන්නම මාස 2ක් යනවා. ISO standard compatible වෙන්න documentation එක්ක නම් ඒත් බෑ. නැත්නම් deploy කලාට පස්සේ තව මාස 4ක් විතර bug fix කරන්න වෙන්න‍්. එතකොට customer ගෙ business process delay වෙනවා.
නැත්නම් හොඳ ERP එකක් තියෙනවා නම් එක කෙලින්ම deploy කරන්න පුළුවන්. හැබැයි client ගෙ business processes ඒ system එකට හරියන්න change / adopt කරන්න වෙයි.


කලින් ERP dev කරලා තියෙන experienced team එකකට නම් මාස 6න් පුළුවන් වෙයි full capacity එකෙන් වැඩ කලොත්. (QA/ documentation / standard compatibility / best practice following වගේ එවා අඩු කරලා)
මොකද මෙහෙ clients ලා හිතේ එකක් තියාගෙන වෙන ඒවා කියන්නේ. Requirements ටික හරියට අරගෙන work-breakdown එකක් හදා ගන්නම සෑහෙන කාලයක් යනව. clients ලා හිතේ තියාගෙන ඉදලා අන්තිම මොහොතෙ කියන දේවල් නිසා සමහර විට designs, plans, estimations ඔක්කොම අවුල් වෙනවා.
මුල ඉදන් dev කරනවා නම් හොඳම දේ overall requirements & Scope එක ගැන agree වෙලා simple prototype එකක් හදලා client / end users ලට දීල එයාල ගෙ feed back එක්ක step by step improve කරන එක.
මේකට client ගෙ full understanding & support එක ඔනි. සතියෙන් සතිය "තාම ඔක ඉවර නැද්ද" අහන අය එක්ක කරන්න බෑ.
