Total Video Converter HD v3.60 + Serials [ChattChitto RG]" & download it if you already have it follow the below path & settings. after opening the converter drag & drop or give the path to the file that you want to convert after that a menu will appear so select the format as Mp4. after that the name of the file that you want to convert will be displayed on the "TASK LIST" below the file you can see Highlighted settings link & press it & a menu will appear then Give the settings as below(change only the settings that I'm mentioning & leave other settings as it is, do this in every individual menu i've uploaded the pics for your convenience)Audio optionBit Rate -128kbits/s (for better sound quality)Video Resize - QCIF(176BY144)Video option - Video Codec mpeg4                 - Frame Rate_Custom- 15frames/second                                    Then Save as & apply & give a new name to your profile I gave it as E Tel Mp4.(Save the Songs to the Video Folder of the MEMORY CARD)I'm Using a E-TEL V358.
