Exchange Help: $60 NETELLER to PP or eZ Cash

Dear Elakirians,

I'm in a situation that I need to get my NETELLER money ($60) as a refund because I've no time to go through their strict verification process right now. The quickest option they offered is to send the money to another NETELLER account.

So can you help me out from this? I would like to receive the money in either PP or ez cash.

My advice is, never deposit money in your NETELLER account before it's been verified. They would disable it for no real reason. And their support team isn't the most efficient.
