This is what we have to understand
As per SF & Ranil there are neither conditions nor agreements between TNA & Hansaya. Just understanding is there between them.
But as per Sarath N Silva who is the law establisher of hansaya, there are conditions from TNA to Hansaya which are related to agriculture,development,etc
These are contradicting
What we can understand is SF & Others helping for an Ealam, intentionally or unintentionally.
