Extreme Rich buy forcefully by expelling Colombo Residents. An apartment costs about 105 million Rupees in Colombo City Center. The extreme Rich buy up these apartments as investment. This government policy has to stop. Government is supposed to help people not expel them. Government should build budget homes. They should not support Luxury Houses by expelling Colombo Residents. Look at what is happening in Germany.
