Facebook hacked, need help

Facebook account of my brother in law got hacked, he has clicked something he received to phone.
Firstday, while trying to recover still email and phone number was there with afditional email from hacker. We were unable to get the code via the mobile or email. We report account it qas suspended for a day.
Today it got activated again. Our email and phone no longer in recovery options. What can we do?

Hacker has posted a photo similar to this. Typing same name on facebook i saw many victims in sl.

If your email or phone number was changed by the hacker, try searching by your Facebook Username.

Tip: If unsure, try searching by your 'Profile Name.'

Until you successfully identify your account, recovery is not possible.



Step 3: Enter Old Password

Once identified, enter the 'Enter a Current or Old Password.' Use the old password associated with the compromised Facebook account.



Step 4: Reset Your Password

After entering the old password, click on 'Reset Your Password.'



Step 5: Password Reset Options

Now, you're on the 'Reset Your Password' page with two cases:



5a) Access to Email or Cell Number

If you can see your email or cell number and have access to them, follow on-screen steps to reset the password. You've successfully recovered your account. You can leave this post.



5b) No Access to Email or Cell Number

If the hacker has compromised your email or changed its details, click 'No longer have access to these?'

Step 5b: Provide New Contact Details

Enter your new email address or phone number on the 'How can we reach you?' page. Facebook will send further details about the account recovery process.



Step 6: Account Recovery Cases

Based on your profile settings, choose from one of the following cases:

Case A: "Ask your trusted contacts for help" [If you've set "Trusted contacts" to your Fb Account]

Case B: "Ask your friends for help" [If you haven't set "Trusted contacts" to your Fb Account]

Case C: Filling the Form – "I Can't Log In" [If you haven't set "Trusted contacts" to your Fb Account or Email Address]


Step 7: Choose a New Password

Upon successfully solving your case, you'll be prompted to choose a new, strong password. Create and confirm your new password.
