Fair User Policy with internet is of no use to ISP.
All those who use unlimited Connection . Will most likely to hit the bandwidth limit at the same day. The bandwidth remains unused. Does not benefit any one. users are going to be connected to download data so electricity usage is wasted. users get frustrated. ISP is most likely to loose customers.
The customers who use Internet lightly are likely to be a prepaid user with hutch sim or airtel sim.
Initial cost of Wimax is high so not much customers to that.
Adsl users most likely to be low end users.
