Far Cry 2 Announced by UBISOFT

Ubisoft has announced through a press release that it will be launching Far Cry 2 for the PC early next year. The company seems pretty confident that they can pull off a good sequel to Crytek’s award-winning 2004 shooter, according to to Tony Key, Ubisoft’s vice president of marketing

Probably, but can't tell for sure. CryEngine 2 is Crytek's. They are now with EA.
