Lang Lang is known to improvise and surprise. I am not sure what this one is, but believe it's the Runtah Medley or he possibly he changed it a bit.

A lot of purists seem to denigrate Lang Lang’s playing. I don’t know, it’s such a treat to watch him perform though. Sure there are more technically adept musicians and I don’t think you could beat the likes of Yuja or Martha Argerich but even they fail at evoking honest feeling time to time. When it comes to Debussy he outshines a lot of people I think.

There’s a nice masterclass on yt where Barenboim counsels Lang Lang who I think was still a student at the time. You could see his enthusiasm and I guess unpolished talent.
