I think you guys need to get more moderators so that at least one mod will be there no matter what time it is to get rid of unwanted members in a prompt manner.

Also if you're hiring be careful because some of those unwanted users may pose as friends and try to get inside. There are frequent lurkers around here who want to destroy the community spirit this forum has become famous for.

There are long time members here from all over the globe so I'm sure finding mod's won't be a problem.

thanks for ur comment. but from the begining me and GTRZ thought of not getting any staff to our TEAM. we started as three. so we will go on like that. but the thing is this you can pm us saying those threads. so that we can get action on them.

Thing is machan who to give the mod post, If I give some1 then others will be not happy.
Everyone will say its okay and we don’t care, Lets have a poll etc.. Anyway I know at the end of the day people who got the required qualifications but still never got the post will be really unhappy.
And it'll create issues within the members and within mods and members.
Most members will go away even without our knowledge only taking with mods.
And there may be private problems and arguments which lead mods to be bias for one party. So suddenly it can lead to a crisis like what happened to most of other SL forums.
Now Elakiri is really big, but still don’t wanna see anyone leaving elakiri or become unhappy about our work.
Anyway in Beta 3 I have Awards System and good ranking system. Where big posters and people who support the site etc.. will get recognition they deserve. There will be lot of levels and many ways to earn recognition.
And there will be additional features for such members even within the site. New areas will be unlocked, additional gadgets appear etc..

Anyway for the mod alternative I am thinking about a system like when 5 of reputed members vote then the post disappear until an admin examines it. By that way it’ll take like 5 reputed people to remove a post so it’ll be very democratic system. Anyway lets see.

Mae wade nang top abusers la navath thane. Hopefully we will have at least 5 reputed users around the clock as elakiri grows! Mang asai democratic idea ekka tath.

Mang dane genna hitiye naha ne aluth Mod la gathoth samara aiyate irisiyai kiyala. Come on ape admin deio's have done a great job and I trust they'll choose the best Mod's!

Anyway if adding Mods leads to problems then best not do it.
