Fighting in mannar today resulted in 25 army killed & 60 injured
tigers 7 killed 15 injured according to reports, that dead numbers has been confirmed..

once again loss to Lanka Army

"Army foils LTTE infiltration bid; 22 terrorists killed - Mannar [2nd Lead]
Sri Lanka army soldiers this morning (November 1) crushed an LTTE infiltration bid at Mannar Defence line, said the Media Centre for National Security (MCNS).

According MCNS, the confrontation erupted in the general area Northwest of Giant tank in the morning hours. Troops have found eight bodies of LTTE cadres during the subsequent search operation. Monitored radio transmissions of LTTE have revealed 14 more terrorists were killed in the incident.

According MCNS , two army personnel were killed and 12 others sustained injuries . The injured were directed to immediate medical attention."

So we have looked at the two extremes... coolguy's figures seems horribly odd !!!

Besides I cant believe if 20 killed in the Army and it still doesn't make it to the headlines of Tamilnet??

always look for independent news stories,.. unless its been provided with some proof.. atleast most news comes out of tiger spokesman makes kind of correct in terms of loss.. how can you believe each time its tigers got killed 35 and 2 soldiers injured news...lol ( while the hospitals like anurapura wards and mortuaries are full) its toomuch lieing to the public going on...
the dheshaya lovers just jump on and believe them..(loosers)

lankapuwath/defence news is never been true anyway,
cant you put up some mathematics and see our soldiers have killed almost all tigers long time ago..and i wonder how come they still exists in thier thousands??

still more than 100,000 forces fully equiped still stands no chance with the tigers..

i say it again I am not tamil ..nor a supporter of ltte.

I believe in commonsense and a sense of fairness.

somany of our people lacks this qualities and tend to walk in a no-return direction with the stupid leading herd.

if we make sense I say it, you know you cant carry on supporting a blind & not sensible so called war on terror..unless you have some hidden racist agenda..then I have no point in trying to say what is right and what is wrong fundementally, untill you & your family face the reality on your very doorstep..

I have got some news from anurapura hospital worker said, atleast 40 - 50 soldiers admitted in the wards there, low priority patients told to packup home.

also the dead soldiers counted over 20 ,lays in the mortuary.
again govt and minitry of defence blocks these news to us to 'keep the morale of the poor brothers on the front line' .. thank you.

regards to ltte casualities, they do not discount the dead as thier core value to have a veeramarana day has to be celebrated and each and every tiger cadres died in the fights are always publicly told / displayed, so there arent any problems with it.
they have lost 7 cadres..again numbers may rise if the wounded once die and the same goes to the army also!

open your eyes.. dont keep looking at the defence.lk or listen to lankapuwath.. they will always tell you that our soldiers killed 50 tigers and we have 2 injured..you know its bullshit.. i am very angry that many thousands of soldiers come from very poor families and they never been handed the bodies or told the death because its bad for the rulers and 'morale' issue.. always missing in action.. terrible.
