   For premium users that download from FileServe, we count one file per each unique IP counted every 24 hours. This means, that a premium user on the same IP, but downloading two different files will count for one qualified downloads.
2. Our rates do not carry any tiers. The above rate card applies for both Premium and Free users.
3. You can request payout anytime via PayPal, WebMoney and AlertPay. Minimum payout is US$20. We approve all requested payments every Monday, and payout thereafter within 2 days.
4. We pay you 25% from the earnings earned from affiliates, who you referred to FileServe. This is the highest payout you will find for any file hosting services.
