I have seen Pulsar 220cc bikes with broken folks (may be indian). Pulsar 220cc is the worst among other pulsar bikes with speedometer errors, poor folk other than usual poor engine etc.If it's a Indian bike, I only recommend Honda Unicorn 150cc. Can speed upto 110Kmph. Engine is silent and smooth until 100Kmph. Mileage is like 52-57Kmpl.Or else Yamaha FZ-16 (If u can feed fuel). Mileage is like 35-40Kmpl. Great pickup. Not sure about max speed. Both these got mono shocks.Always better to go to a Japan bike. Some bikes I love are Honda Hornet, Honda Jade, Honda Ax-1. You will never get a quality of these bikes in indian KITES.Pulsar 220, HeroHonda Karizma cant be compared to those Japan bikes. Lol</blockquote>
