I am a Chartered Accountant too (ACA) with 04 years post qualifying experience and I get 125K and I know some of my fellow chartered accountants are getting even more than that depending on the company & the role. Well I run an audit firm on part time basis as well. However it is not so easy to build a good customer base  for a young Chartered Accountant and there is a lot of competition out there. One reason for this is that most of the part qualified people are also are giving accounting / tax services and they are used to do all the audit work and only get the signatures from a practicing firm for the audit report for a small fee.Another point, when you say a chartered accountant you are referring to an associate/fellow member of the ICASL so a chartered accountant is always "QUALIFIED"</blockquote>
