I booked a return ticket to London for 105,000 and website showed as payment failed and I got a SMS from mobile banking confirming payment went through. So for me to sort out this issue I had to call them more than 5 times and finally day after I booked the ticket they have manged to get the payment. By that time ticket price has gone down to 94,000. But they did't refund me the difference but  acted like they don't know. I also didn't bother since I can claim the money. Due to an emergency situation I had to cancel the ticket. When I call Sri Lankan airlines they confirmed for a penalty of Rs 7500 I can cancel the ticket. But when I call find my fare they told it will cost 10,800 to cancel the ticket. Since I had no other options I had to agree with that. But when I check my statement they have deducted 11,500 from me. From my first experience with them they have cheated me 3 times ! They are just cheating scammers. Good thing I was booking for my company and can claim money back. But from my personal experience I would never use find my fare ever again and hope this will help someone to understand what sort of cheaters they are.</blockquote>
