But on the World Happiness report Singapore came first in Asia and Phillipines 13th. Singapore came first because it’s an incredibly well run country with a very high standard of living while the Phillipines is still a developing country. But If you’ve ever actually been to Singapore you’ll find it’s also a hyper competitive, sterile and expensive city where everyone’s fucking miserable.</blockquote>
