Fitch ratings, Moody's වගේ Credit rating agencies ඒ ratings කරන්නෙ company වල Debt securities වලට අදාලවයි.. ඒව සාමන්‍යෙන් බලන්නෙ Investors ල.. Finance company Debenture issue කරන එක වගේ Debt securities issue කරනකොට ඒවගෙ invest කරන්න යොදාගන්න එක නිර්නායකයක් තමයි fitch වගේ ratings..Cradit ratings වල හොද ratings තිබුන කියල company එක stable කියන්න බැහැ කවදාවත්ම.. ratings කොච්චර හොද උනත් කෙල වෙන්න පුලුවන්.. ඒ වගේම අඩු credit rating එකක් තියන company තියනව කවදාවත් අවුලක් යන්නෙ නැති..  </blockquote>
