    Most likely it is still the Bonjour service, you can't kill the responder even in the task manager.

    I would delete the Bonjour service for now (you can reinstall it later if needed).

    In the run box window type:

    %PROGRAMFILES%\Bonjour\ ~ Open that folder then mDNSResponder.exe - remove and

    then remove mdnsNSP.dll

    You can then delete the Bonjour folder.
