* FM Radio player only for SDR-RTL stick on UBUNTU *

Hi Guys,

I'm looking for a way to receive FM radio only from a USB-2-0-Digital-DVB-T-SDR-DAB-FM-HDTV-TV-Tuner-Receiver-Stick-RTL2832U-R820T2.

Its for a Ubuntu 14.04LTS machine. I tried various ways to try to make 'Gnomeradio' to pick up FM radio from it and was unsuccessful.

I got the SDR-RTL stick from ebay = http://www.ebay.com/itm/USB-2-0-Dig...594009?hash=item28093b9e99:g:okwAAOSwU~FWC6nR

I also tried from terminal the command

rtl_fm -f 93.2M -M fm -s 170k -A fast -l 0 -E deemp | play -r 170k -t raw -e s -b 16 -c 1 -V1 -

… but it didn’t work.
