The Supreme Court will consider granting interim relief in the Sarath Fonseka FR case on February 23.

The Petitioner has sought the release of General (retd.) Fonseka until the final determination of the FR application as well as direct the Attorney General (5th Respondent) to immediately summon the relevant officers concerned , call for relevant investigation and other reports and furnish to the Court the material upon which this arrest/ detention was warranted.

The Petitioners are Mrs.Anoma Fonseka and Ms.Shymial Perera on behalf of General (retd) Fonseka.
