This time, I had four weeks, which was massive for me.“That helps you feel re-energised. You don’t get a lot of downtime as a footballer and before this season, I’d only been having two weeks in the summer to rest, so that was good.” There is no rest time for De Bruyne at the moment, though, with his next outing set to see him try and help City break their Anfield hoodoo with a Premier League trip to Liverpool.</blockquote>
