Rape is a crime and it doesn't have a excuse.But there is a something called 'dress code'.You are talking about the early days.now we are civilized and technologically developed.Think about the early humans they wear nothing ! and little by little they started to wear clothes , because whyppl like that covering themselves in a civilized way.The body and the sexual organ'sare not only things that we are covering, we build houses and built walls to cover them , we cover our books by a nice cover page, ... etc. So what is actually yourpoint? It's a decoration and going upward in the civilization process. So as I think as someone have the right to walk the street naked like uncivilized monkey,other onehave the right to criticize it.But attaching the excuse for a rape isn't a fair thing totally.I do disagree with the dresses that some females are wearing because I have a right to hold an open idea, and that doesn't mean that I have the right to inhumanity rape her.We need going upward in the civilization process. And according to the law the dress that she weared isn't consider as a excuse forthe raper.so what is the next point you shouting for?</blockquote>
