XM has introduced a master card for money withdrawals. Can be used at any ATM with MasterCard logo.
Startup fee is 10 EUR. Each withdrawal is subject to a 2% fee. No annual fees or additional charges.
Good news for those who struggle to withdraw money with skrill etc...
