forging a school principle letter with the signature...please help...

People I need to get a letter from a school in colombo and I have no way of getting to it now as I live in abroad.
I want to forge this letter.
It's a letter with the signature and the stamp of the school principle and it's not a big deal.
I can provide the scanned copy of a signature of the principle and a scanned copy of the letter head.
Please let me know if you people know any contacts to do such a thing.
