Guyz i need comments about thus M/B Foxconn 45CM-S

Cheap...and supports Core 2 Duos. Overclocking possible, but limited. Only two memory slots......
Performance would not be as good as mobos from tier 1 manufacturers, but really worth for the money u pay...

Found above specs for this , yeah its ok and says it is supporting upto core 2 ex
bt chipset is 945GC n the memory is only upgradable upto 2 GB

for a price of 6xxx apecs are more than enough

bt he can buy mb with a 945GNT +++ intel or asus motherboard if he can spend more 1k ~ 2k n they're trouble free,
