Its totally free up to the certificate, you can study many things like XML and more and more of web designing, only thing is you've got to pay for the online exam. Feels like a good one, what do u say??

I think a certificate would be much good, they provide us education free of charge online, so we can even leave them after training under them, and do an exam in a college in SL.
