Good question. I think they didn't issue fuel like they normally did.

Anyway I too had an issue about what is the normal fuel requirement in the country. Put a thread. Not sure if I got a proper answer for that.

Around 6000 tonnes Diesel per day
Ships: 28,0000, 37,000, 40,000 tonnes
