There is a rumor that the recent bank robberies using full face helmets are being done by those who are involved with people who are planning to sell helmets. At the current situation more than 100,000 helmets are needed to be provided before the 21st of March. How can these people provide so many helmets in a such a short period if they had not prepared for this? How much will they lose if the law was not imposed!
