CEBEU is informing all our members and colleagues that one of our member; Chief Electrical Engineer Kelaniya; Eng. H.A.R.W. Seneviratne is critically ill and he is in Nawaloka hospital at present. Executive Committee of CEBEU decided to launch a fund raising campaign for Eng. Seneviratne in order to make his family easy at this trying hour. Generous contributions are solicited from our membership and his colleagues.
Eng. Seneviratna has been suffering from an acute ailment for long years and he has been under strict medication. The ailment is a rare physical disorder, which attacks nerve system of a person and makes the person dysfunctional gradually. The saddest and most unfortunate part of this is no medication is found to cure the ailment in the world yet. The medication, which has been administered on him over the years is only to maintain his degrading health condition.
It is learnt that Eng. Seneviratna will have to be in Nawaloka hospital for a considerable period. Eng. Seneviratna’s life will be in danger though we do not wish, even after returning from Nawaloka hospital. Eng. Seneviratna is a father of a son & a daughter and a dutiful husband.
CEBEU expects minimum Rs 5,000 from each member/colleague and kindly requests you to handover the contributions to your area representatives at your earliest, since the time for Eng. Seneviratna is running very fast.
