Galaxy Core i8262 SMS Error

Guys Need Help,

Just bought a Samsung Galaxy Core I8262, on the first day I was able to send SMS. But since yesterday can't send sms with the Stock App or any other third party app (GO SMS Pro, Handcent, SlidingMessage). I receive SMSs though. Please help me.

Restarted, did a soft reset with battery remove and restart. Nothing works man!
