Game Video Capture Help

I'm trying to use FRAPS software to capture videos of NFS Carbon.

But the resulting movie looks like this

What am I doing wrong?
I' using FRAPS 2.9.2

No, it cant be a problem with the VGA. because FRAPS works on other DirectX overlays.

Could be a driver issue or problem with FRAPS codec....However I'm having problems with the latest version too. It crashes here. Just reinstalled it, and am yet to check it out.

Do you know of any other good game recording software?
FRAPS is the only one I've used.

Previous version worked well...I mean 2.9.1.6680
