The mod lets players pull themselves toward destinations, or connect  multiple moving targets (like cars) together for joyful destruction.  Perhaps one of the most entertaining things about the mod is how it  doesn't quite mesh with the game's ragdoll physics. When Franklin  latches onto something, as you can see in the video below, he basically  goes limp and lets gravity and fate take over. </blockquote>
